Job Title:
Hardware Modeling Design Verification Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Design Verification Engineer with a strong focus on Hardware Modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality into our products through comprehensive design verification activities. You will develop and execute test plans and procedures, including functional, stress, and system testing. Additionally, you will identify test tool requirements and participate in specification and design reviews. The ability to execute tests with minimal supervision, find complex bugs, determine root causes, and collaborate effectively is crucial. The role also requires experience working on larger projects, preferably from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop compression models within a Linux environment, as well as non-compression IPs. Create and test bit-exact architectural C/C++ models. Assess architectural model behavior and make tradeoff decisions. Participate in testing models and performing architectural assessments. Potential involvement with Matlab for specific tasks. Collaborate in design reviews and assist in tool requirements identification.

Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with C/C++, particularly in testing models and architectural modeling. Minimum 8+ years working in both Linux and Windows environments, with a focus on development and modeling. Minimum 4+ years of experience with hardware modeling, including bit-exact modeling and architectural tradeoffs. Strong understanding of architecture and hardware. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team collaboration skills with a diverse range of colleagues. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in design verification and hardware modeling.
