We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities- Receives patients into treatment/exam area and prepares them for dialysis
- Monitors and documents patient vital signs and other parameters
- Operates dialysis machines and reverse osmosis water systems
- Collects patient data and reports to nurses as needed
- Reviews dialysis prescriptions and notes patient observations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours on feet and manage stressful situations
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
