Key Responsibilities

  • Track, expedite, and relay order status updates to align with production timelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the SAP system.
  • Engage with suppliers to guarantee prompt and precise deliveries.
  • Assess and manage the material requirements plan for designated commodities.
  • Compile and evaluate reports for the Purchasing Division.
  • Assist in formulating quotes for new customer assembly projects.
  • Create and modify purchase orders according to ERP/MRP specifications.
  • Participate in meetings to further team goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a procurement capacity.
  • Expertise in SAP and supply chain procurement methodologies.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • International experience is advantageous.
