Hairstylist and Barber Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist and Barber to join our team at Southeast Clips, the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country.

This is a full or part-time opportunity to work in a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.

What sets us apart is our commitment to providing the highest "effective wage" in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr last week, with some earning more and others less, depending on their proficiency.

We offer free shears ($199 MSRP) just for coming in for an interview and a $300 signing bonus. Our ongoing training program includes both virtual and hands-on training to help you grow in your career.



Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
Shampoo, cut, and style hair.

Requirements:
Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
Base pay + product commissions + productivity + tips.
