Grill Cook

As a Grill Cook with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve food at the grill station, adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator, adhering to established safety standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to your supervisor.
