This position also involves conducting end-of-day check-ins with drivers, providing field coaching and sales training, and meeting with customers to discuss their needs. Additionally, the Logistics Manager will identify opportunities to increase sales, schedule services to prevent and resolve route issues, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, develop, and manage sales and service route drivers
  • Manage flow of service requests to ensure timely and efficient customer service
  • Fulfill duties of route driver when absent
  • Provide field coaching and sales training to route drivers
  • Meet with customers periodically to discuss needs

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
