Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rendering Operator/Loader - 2nd Shift. This role will be responsible for performing general plant labor tasks, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general plant labor tasks, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and quality control
• Operate and maintain rendering equipment, including raw material bins and finished goods storage
• Assist in the unloading and loading of raw materials and finished goods
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Prior experience in a rendering facility or production environment preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical rendering and process equipment
• Good mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to read and write
• Ability to climb stairs and silos
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
