We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Support Representative II to join our team at Canon USA & Affiliates. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing mail and packages, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution, and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages in accordance with postal regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and distribute supplies, monitor inventory, and perform various administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Additional Responsibilities: May perform other duties as assigned, including setting up and maintaining client kitchen areas and conference rooms, providing reception work, and moving boxes and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and other shipping procedures; basic computer skills; ability to perform routine and complex functions of various equipment and systems
  • Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance, ability to work overtime and meet deadlines, and adherence to CBPS Core Values
