The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and utilities across various departments. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Assess and troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee the work of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Procedure Development: Establish and maintain procedures for routine preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Spare Parts Management: Identify and maintain critical spare parts inventories to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production efficiency.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company GMP and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with directors, managers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Review and document work completed by employees, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • OSHA Compliance: Ensure knowledge of OSHA principles for safety in a manufacturing environment and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of direct experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with experience in aseptic manufacturing and high-speed bottling a plus.
  • Language Skills: Spanish is strongly recommended.
