- Write and send clinical documents, such as initial evaluations, progress reports, and recertification reports, in a timely manner.">
- Maintain compliance with standards and procedures set forth by Medicare and private insurance companies.">
- Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical notes.">
- Demonstrate kindness, empathy, and a high level of care to every patient.">
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.">
- Employ time management skills to maximize time spent with patients.">
- Commit to sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.">
- Assist with student clinical affiliations from physical therapy graduate programs.">
Our Commitment to You:
">We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a flexible schedule, continuing education reimbursement, opportunities for professional development, and an excellent benefits package, including tax-deferred retirement saving, health, dental, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.">
- Possess an active Board Certified Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ.">
- Current CPR certification.">
