Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading bumpers on the chrome plating conveyor belt
  • Placing bumpers on the conveyor belt, locking them in place, and ensuring they are properly aligned for chrome plating
  • Unlocking bumpers from the carousel and placing them into another dunnage rack
  • Working independently or with a partner to maintain a steady pace and meet production requirements

Physical Demands:

  • Bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 30-40 pounds
  • Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, including weekends when scheduled

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
