As the official food and beverage partner of Constellation Field, Legends International plays a vital role in enhancing the fan experience through exceptional service. The venue hosts a variety of events, contributing to the local community's engagement.

Role Summary:

Bartenders are tasked with delivering outstanding guest interactions while expertly mixing and serving beverages in a welcoming and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft unique and delightful beverages using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques.
• Engage with guests to take beverage orders, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Prepare cocktails and other drinks in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate efficient service.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections and beverage pairings.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop mixers and garnishes.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Serve food items to patrons seated at the bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of bartending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
• Ability to create and serve beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
