We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary care team at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. As a key member of our behavioral health department, you will provide psychiatric consultation to medical/surgical units and emergency department for patients with primary psychiatric conditions or psychiatric comorbidities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide recommendations for patients on the respective services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care
- Facilitate referrals for long-term treatment when needed for the diverse population served
- Participate in resident and medical student education
