Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist at CentraCare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care services to individuals of all ages. Your expertise will be utilized to prevent, assess, alleviate, or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans, and providing treatments/services accordingly. Your work may involve collaborating with patients on an individual and/or group basis using current technology, treatment techniques, and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment plans
  • Provide treatments/services to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with patients on an individual and/or group basis
  • Utilize current technology, treatment techniques, and modalities

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
  • Prior clinical or field work experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card
  • Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy
