Key Responsibilities- Perform regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to emergency and routine calls for service, including medical emergencies and security incidents.
- Enforce traffic and parking regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies to ensure a swift and effective response to emergencies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and accidents, and complete detailed incident reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security and/or emergency medical services preferred.
- Valid driver's license and current CPR certification required.
- Current Emergency Medical Responder certification (EMR) required.
