Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Wireless Field Testing Specialist to join our team at OSI Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field testing and data analysis to ensure cellular connectivity meets required standards.

About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel to local and non-local locations, with up to 4 days in the field and 1 day in the lab per work week. You will be expected to communicate effectively with our team and have strong analytical skills to identify technical issues and troubleshoot problems independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field testing and data analysis to ensure cellular connectivity meets required standards
- Troubleshoot common technical setup issues in the field using cellular baseband log analysis and hands-on experience
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement test plans and procedures
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through written and verbal reports

Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in cellular field testing or QA testing
- Recent experience directly testing the cellular protocol stack on devices (5G/LTE)
- Excellent knowledge of wireless communication principles and cellular domain protocols (5GNR and LTE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
