Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Employee Customer Communication professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our employees and customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and customers
  • Provide timely and accurate information to employees and customers through various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or communication-related fields
