Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Palm Beach Gardens location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their lighting needs and provide personalized recommendations on lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and home decor products.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to become a subject matter expert and enhance sales performance.
  • Utilize strong computer skills and multi-tasking abilities to manage customer interactions, process transactions, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Two years of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities.
