About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
  • Conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Administer and interpret specialized speech tests to assess patient progress.
  • Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
