Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strengths-focused clinician to join our diverse team of therapists in a thriving community mental health setting. Our treatment is guided by a core philosophy: Treat to Outcome, which means that we are committed to positive treatment outcomes for our clients throughout the entire recovery process.

As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide evidence-based treatments to clients of all ages seeking care for mental illness, substance abuse disorder, and crisis services. Our clinical supervision program is robust, and our supervisors have experience in multidisciplinary treatment teams to help you succeed as a candidate.

Current openings are available in various locations, including Butte, Kalispell, Hamilton, and Missoula for children, and Kalispell for adults. The Riverwalk Crisis Receiving Center is also a current opening.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology
  • LCPC or LCSW license
  • One year of progressively responsible postgraduate experience in a community health center or similar setting is preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and driver's license check upon offer of employment
  • Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western's policies
  • Montana Driver's License with good driving record
  • MHP preferred for the Crisis Receiving Center
