Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our San Francisco team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA services to our clients, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing assessments and advanced technology to measure outcomes and ensure maximum results.
- Staff Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor our Behavior Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Client Communication and Progress Monitoring: Communicate regularly with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and monitor client progress.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff on ABA best practices and our clinical programs.
- Regional and Company-Wide Projects: Participate in regional and company-wide clinical and operational projects, contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
- Mentorship Group Oversight: Oversee the mentorship group for Behavior Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Quarterly Performance Reviews: Deliver quarterly performance reviews to mentees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Responsible Supervision: Act as the Responsible Supervisor for Behavior Therapists enrolled in BACB coursework, maintaining responsible supervision duties.
- Individualized Mentorship: Provide individualized mentorship to mentees, responding to and coaching them through their duties.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Join a supportive and cutting-edge work environment with weekly individually tailored mentorship and monthly trainings.
- Professional Development Opportunities: Receive an annual stipend for professional development, including educational stipends.
