About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team as a Senior Women's Health Specialist. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to women in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Women's Healthcare: Offer a wide range of medical services to women, including gynecological care, prenatal and postpartum care, and family planning.
  • Work Independently: Function as an independent practitioner, making decisions about patient care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $120,000 per year, paid through the Active Duty Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (ADHPLRP), which offers up to $40,000 annually for 3 years, directly paid to qualifying federal student loans.
  • Sign-on Bonus: Receive a one-time signing bonus of $120,000 for 4 years of service.
  • Board Certification Pay: Enjoy an additional annual bonus of $8,000 as long as board certification is maintained.
