Job Summary
This position requires a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with expertise in competency restoration, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation. You will lead group and individual sessions, conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations, and coordinate multidisciplinary care for assigned caseloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group and individual sessions, specializing in competency restoration training for patients.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to inform comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care for assigned caseloads, actively participating in treatment team meetings.
- Offer timely crisis intervention services to patients, ensuring a responsive and supportive approach.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Prior experience in mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, assessment, and treatment of major mental disorders is essential. A license or immediate ability to become licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychology Associate, or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor is required.
Salary and Benefits
