Job Title: Retail Manager

This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support store operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, processing, and merchandising.
  • Lead and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
