At Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, we are seeking a skilled Cardiac Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Cardiac Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines.
- Acts as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
- Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
- Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervises other members of the healthcare team.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Prefer 1 year of acute care experience but will consider new graduate.
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
