- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient exams, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Schedule procedures and obtain authorizations as needed, utilizing our electronic health record system.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens, including blood and tissue samples, and prepare them for testing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare team members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a direct patient care role, including vital signs, preferred.
- CPR certification required.
