Job Summary

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Associate to join our team at ASAP Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address routine service requests within a 24-hour period, responding promptly to emergency situations and scheduling preventative maintenance projects in a timely manner.
  • Inspect and address appliances and light fixtures, conducting thorough inspections of apartments and identifying any necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of office spaces, clubhouses, models, fitness centers, pool areas, laundry rooms, restrooms, picnic areas, tennis courts, and other amenities, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Interact with residents professionally and amicably, participating in resident activities and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, irrigation, carpentry, lighting, and exterior extermination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $20-21/hour, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
