Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents, following established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and in-service programs to maintain a high level of clinical expertise and knowledge.
- Provide care to geriatric residents with a focus on dignity, respect, and compassion.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program.
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit (we accept new graduates).
