POSITION SUMMARY

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering food and beverages directly to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Assisting various departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to maintain a seamless operation.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company standards at all times.
  • Moving throughout the hotel to fulfill requests and deliver exceptional service.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but a commitment to service excellence is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Candidates should be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 55 pounds and navigate various spaces within the hotel.
