Job Title: Per Diem Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Per Diem Pharmacist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care services to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions
  • Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records
  • Supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work
  • Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
  • Provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service
Requirements:
  • Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
  • Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)
