About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our corporate communications team at Apple. As a key member of our Product PR team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing PR initiatives for Apple's Mac business, with a focus on social-first campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR plans that drive results across consumer technology and consumer lifestyle
  • Cultivate new relationships with media and creators, and develop unique narratives and storylines that resonate with online audiences
  • Lead successful PR programs, including social-first campaigns, and establish a strong network of media contacts and influencer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and bring to fruition PR plans that are both strategic and creative
  • Manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment, with excellent attention to detail and project management skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in public relations, social media marketing, journalism, PR agency or corporate settings
  • Previous experience leading successful PR programs, including social-first campaigns
  • Established list of media contacts and influencer relationships across consumer technology, consumer lifestyle, and students
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive team-player attitude and a passion for social media, creative storytelling, and relationship building
  • Ability to develop and bring to fruition PR plans that are both strategic and creative
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches, product messaging, and more
  • Proven experience working on large-scale, international, time-critical projects

  • Base pay range of $143,900 to $216,900, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location
