Responsibilities
  • Assist registered professional nurses in providing patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our patients.
  • Provide direct physical patient care, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct vital signs, phlebotomy, and other patient care activities as needed.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA, PCT, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Basic mathematics and computer skills, as well as English language proficiency.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Working Conditions

This role may involve exposure to infectious diseases and moderate stress. You must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and assist with patient transfers, which may involve lifting/pushing/pulling patients weighing up to 300 pounds.
