We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AHC Northbrooke. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supervision to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized nursing care to residents, including administering prescribed treatments and medications.
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
- Perform administrative duties such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Respond to emergency situations such as CPR.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Supervisory experience and ability to train, schedule, and assign work to support staff.
