Job Summary: WorkSource Oregon is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a permanent, full-time position. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide traditional full-spectrum family medicine in a rural health clinic setting.
- Manage common and important clinical problems encountered in a primary care setting.
- Collaborate with our experienced medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current Oregon licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
