Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling, therapy, and case management services to individuals and families in a high-intensity clinical environment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge plans, and follow-up care programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Lead and train lower-level therapists and students in related therapeutic and patient care activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of directly related experience, with documented experience in an age-appropriate environment.
  • LPCC/CMHC or LCSW or LMFT licensure in New Mexico.
  • Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo (non-essential).
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with potential exposure to biohazardous materials. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
