Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our theme restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and support their team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager: Assist with overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead the Team: Motivate and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Maintain high food quality, presentation, and service standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Manage Inventory: Work with the General Manager to monitor inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and place orders as needed.
  • Drive Sales: Support initiatives to drive sales and upsell menu items.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities, leadership qualities, and proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software.
