About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 to join our team at Omnicell. As a key member of our pharmacy services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our customers across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Omnicell automation equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of automation equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of Omnicell automation equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification (PTCB, NHA, or EXCPT) and state registration/license preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy automation equipment and sterile environment requirements.
