Your Role – Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cosmetic evaluations of vehicles, identifying necessary enhancements to ensure they are visually appealing and ready for our customers.
- Perform minor repairs and replace small components to guarantee that every vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Execute paint touch-ups, finishing processes, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicles to their pristine state.
- Adhere to and advocate for CarMax's rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
