Salary Range: $56,493-$74,343

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Possession of a valid and active Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate. Clearances for criminal history and child abuse (Acts 34, 151, and FBI). Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with fellow staff members to enhance the educational process and ensure smooth building operations. Shows enthusiasm and engages in the comprehensive school program. Demonstrates reliability and punctuality in assigned responsibilities, attendance at meetings, and in the maintenance of equipment and facilities. Exhibits positive personal attributes, including neatness, integrity, character, good citizenship, respect for others, honesty, and accountability as a role model for students. Adheres to the Pennsylvania School Code and the stipulations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Upholds and enforces school regulations, administrative policies, and Board directives. Maintains open communication channels with administrators, parents, students, staff, and the community. Participates in curriculum assessment and redesign as required by department, subject area, or grade level. Engages in ongoing professional development to achieve job-related goals. Incorporates the philosophy, objectives, and expectations of the Teacher Expectations, Evaluation, and Development plan into professional goal attainment. Recognizes the fundamental structural framework for developing instructional programs and strives to meet established objectives. Develops, maintains, and submits all required documentation and reports within set timelines. Employs a variety of instructional techniques to achieve lesson objectives and provides students with opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Assesses and evaluates student abilities and progress to create effective instructional strategies that help students meet learning objectives, providing timely feedback on their progress. Identifies and utilizes appropriate technological enhancements relevant to the curriculum. Demonstrates understanding and concern for each student in addressing their educational needs.
