Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care through personal accountability for care needs of patients and families as demonstrated through treatments administration of medications and other specified assignment under the direction of a Clinical Nurse.
The LPN works with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide the plan of care, understanding the needs of the organization and supporting the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides direct patient care through personal accountability for care needs of patients and families.
2. Administers treatments and medications as specified under the direction of a Clinical Nurse.
3. Works with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide the plan of care.
4. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
Requirements:
1 Year Nursing - Related Area Preferred
Education Required: Graduate Practical Nursing
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse
Hours of Work: Tues/Thurs 8-430
Weekend and Call Requirements:
