Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should:

  • Exhibit empathy, patience, and respect towards others.
  • Possess three to five years of experience in a residential treatment environment, with the possibility of equivalent experience being considered.
  • Have a solid understanding of behavior modification techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead a diverse team.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and health assessments.
