About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Residential Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our technicians in the field, performing manual labor tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Support a team of technicians in the field
  • Perform hard and manual labor tasks, including digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, and cleaning
  • Support the warehouse staff
  • Learn how to educate customers on plumbing issues and fix their problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and present yourself as professional and knowledgeable
  • Communicate positively and effectively with teammates in the field and in the office
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license and clean MVR record
  • High standards for your work, with a focus on excellence and integrity

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $15.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
