Job Title: Medical Technologist in Eastern Oregon

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team in Eastern Oregon. As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood counts, urinalyses, and microbiological cultures.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Train and supervise laboratory personnel, including students and new employees.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with new technologies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
Requirements:
  • ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is highly preferred
