As a Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the service department.
• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to service advisors and technicians.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive service and repair.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The location of the job is Palm Springs, California.
