About the Position
We are seeking up to three full-time Research Assistants to join our team at the Chen Center for Social and Decision Neuroscience. As a Research Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced senior faculty members to design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and present your findings.
Responsibilities
- Design and construct experiments to investigate human social and decision neuroscience.
- Analyze data using R, Python, SPM or FSL (fMRI analysis), and Overleaf.
- Conduct presentations of the analyzed data to the lab group and participate in regular lab science meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from a four-year accredited university by the start of the assignment.
- Prior research experience, preferably in cognitive neuroscience, computational neuroscience, systems neuroscience, or non-human animal studies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, and Overleaf.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive health insurance, retirement planning, and other benefits.
