Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Stormwater Management Specialist to join our team at Dragonfly Pond Works. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of stormwater control measures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application, grading, and erosion control. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in the construction and maintenance of stormwater control measures
  • Inspect and repair ponds, lakes, and other stormwater devices
  • Track labor hours and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Read and understand engineering, survey, and grading plans
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
