Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team in a supportive school environment near Pomona, Washington.

Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time SLP to work with students in K-12. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a Washington SLP license.

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes the well-being and academic success of our students.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $38-$52 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Soliant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to support students' communication needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Providing guidance and resources to students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Washington SLP license
  • Minimum 1+ years of schools experience preferred, but not required

Clinical Fellows can and will be considered for employment, with guaranteed supervision if an offer is extended.
