About Us:We are a leading provider of outpatient surgical services in various specialties, including Hand, Neuro-Spine, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, and Total Joint.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure efficient patient care, effective staff relations, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate patient care across all clinical areas, including Pre-op, OR, Endoscopy, and PACU.
- Supervise nursing activities to ensure appropriate patient care and monitor the efficiency of all clinical areas.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff and coordinate with Materials Manager for equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the orientation of new employees and investigate and resolve complaints.
- Foster a positive work environment by interacting effectively with patients and others from diverse backgrounds.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current RN license required.
- CPR certification and advanced life support certification required.
- One year of leadership experience in an intra-operative setting.
- Three years of OR Circulating experience.
- Demonstrate clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
