Role Responsibilities:
Our Clinical Nutrition team provides essential nutrition services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. We focus on evidence-based nutritional interventions to support recovery and health across diverse clinical settings.

Key Duties:
* Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing the latest research and clinical guidelines.
* Evaluate patients' nutritional status in relation to their medical conditions through various assessment methods.
* Formulate and execute personalized care plans, establishing measurable goals and tracking patient progress.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
* Provide education to patients and their families on dietary modifications, weight management, and the significance of nutrition in health.

Collaboration:
* Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to holistic patient care.
* Assess the educational needs of patients and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and refine nutritional care strategies.

Professional Development:
* Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care standards.
* Stay current with industry advancements and maintain professional credentials through continuing education.

Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited institution, along with completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
* Registered Dietitian credential and state licensure required.
* A minimum of three years of clinical experience is preferred.
