We are seeking a skilled Histotech to join our team at a laboratory in South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and complex histology procedures, including embedding, grossing, special stains, and IHC.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in histology or a related field, and a HTL or HT Certification through ASCP (or equivalent). This is a permanent and full-time position, with a highly competitive compensation package including a competitive hourly rate and excellent benefits.

The laboratory is fully certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Joint Commission, and provides comprehensive anatomic, clinical, and molecular pathology services. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for histology, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and complex histology procedures, including embedding, grossing, special stains, and IHC
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective workflow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in histology or a related field
  • HTL or HT Certification through ASCP (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
